2. Booking and payment
Bookings made on the AutoClinic website are paid online during the booking process unless stated otherwise. A booking is finally confirmed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
3. Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorised payment institution. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact the merchant first.
4. Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. The available methods may vary depending on Paytrail and the payment services enabled for the merchant.
5. Booking confirmation
After a successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the booking details, selected services, scheduled time, price, and a link to view the booking.
6. Changes and cancellations
Any booking changes or possible cancellations must be agreed directly with AutoClinic. Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

For complaints regarding the service, please contact AutoClinic first.
