Terms of Service
Please review the service terms and customer responsibilities before leaving your vehicle with us.
Vehicle Condition Declaration
Before any service begins, the customer must inform us if the vehicle has:
- repainted panels or body parts
- fresh paint or low-quality repainting
- existing scratches, dents, paint chips, or damaged clear coat
- loose trims, badges, wraps, or protective films
- previously repaired bodywork
If paint, trim, or parts become damaged during service due to pre-existing damage, poor repainting, weakened surfaces, or hidden defects, responsibility remains with the vehicle owner.
Professional Equipment & Products
We only use professional, industry-approved equipment and detailing chemicals designed specifically for safe automotive care.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by:
- previously repaired body panels
- low-quality repainting
- weak or peeling paint
- hidden damage that is not visible before service
Ceramic Coating Care & Maintenance
Maintenance Requirement
Vehicles that receive ceramic coating must return for a maintenance / inspection service every 12 months to maintain the performance of the coating and the validity of any warranty.
Automatic Car Wash Restriction
Vehicles treated with ceramic coating must not be washed in automatic brush car washes. Using automatic car washes may damage the coating and will void the warranty.
Proper Washing Method
To maintain the ceramic coating, the vehicle should only be washed using:
- proper hand-wash techniques
- pH-neutral car shampoos
- soft microfiber wash mitts and drying towels
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
Service Time
Service time may vary depending on the vehicle size, condition, and level of contamination. Estimated completion times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customer Agreement
By leaving the vehicle with us for service, the customer confirms that:
- the vehicle condition has been disclosed honestly
- the customer accepts the above service terms and conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition may cause risk of damage during detailing.
